FAQ & Regulations
- Whether on foot, by (E-)bike or other non-motorised means of transport; everyone is invited to take an enjoyable journey along the Stelvio Pass road at night on June 26, 2026

The ticket price includes the following products and services:
Admission ticket for the unique Stelvio Night experience with the illuminated Stelvio Pass road, from Hotel Franzenshöhe to the Stelvio Pass summit
Aperitif at Hotel Bella Vista, soup stop “a Sippl firs Krippl”* at Berggasthof Franzenshöhe and pasta party* at Alpengasthof Tibet
Photo service (not personalized)
Rescue service
* Drinks not included
- If there are free places, late registrations will be possible when tickets are issued on 26 june 2026 from 3.00 - 6.30 p.m. at the "aquaprad" National Park House in Prad am Stilfserjoch.
- The entrance fee paid will in principle not be refunded. If a participant is unable to attend for medical reasons, he/she may send the medical certificate to the organiser by e-mail, so that he/she is credited with the participation fee for the next event.
- For the Stelvio Night, we have decided on a participant limit of 500 people.
- Each participant is responsible for bringing clothing suitable for Alpine requirements.
- If the event has to be cancelled for safety reasons or force majeure on 26 June 2026, it will be postponed to 27 June 2026 if possible. No further alternative date is planned for 2026.
If the event cannot be held or can only be held partially for safety reasons or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee or to its transfer to one of the following years. The decision on the non-execution and/or abandonment is incumbent on the Organizer in consultation with the rescue and security forces.
The organiser also reserves the right to cancel the Stelvio Night if the number of participants is too low. (under 200) In this case, the organiser reserves the right to retain 35% of the participation fee for organisational expenses already paid. - The organisers of the Stelvio Night focus on sustainability in the implementation of the event.
Plastic will be avoided as much as possible.
Advertising material such as brochures, flyers, etc. will be limited as much as possible.
The fleet of vehicles for the organisation consists of electric-powered vehicles as far as possible.
The lighting on the Stelvio Road is indirect and uses battery-powered LED lamps.
The batteries for the lamps are charged with renewable energy and can be used umpteen times.
Legal notice
- By registering, participants accept that their address data may be passed on to sponsors, service providers (photo service, ...) or third parties for the provision of services. Participants who do not wish their addresses to be passed on must inform the secretariat in writing. Participants consent to the use of photographic material from the event to illustrate rankings, websites and for other public relations purposes of the organiser and third parties. By registering, participants consent to the publication of their name, place of residence and year of birth in official entry lists in printed or electronic form by the organiser or third parties. This consent is a mandatory requirement for participation!
- By registering, each participant declares the following:
In the event of my participation on the Stelvio Night, I acknowledge the exclusion of liability of the organisers for damages of any kind. I will not make any claims against the organisers and the sponsors of the event, nor against the neighbouring communities, the owners of private roads or their representatives for damages and injuries of any kind that may arise from my participation in the event. I declare that I have trained sufficiently for participation in this competition and that I am physically fit. I have my own liability insurance. I agree that the data stated in my registration, the photos, film recordings and interviews taken of me may be used in radio, television, advertising or books without any claim to remuneration on my part. I assure that my year of birth is correct and that I will not give my race number to any other person. I am aware that I will be disqualified if I alter the official entry ticket in any way, in particular if I make the advertising print invisible or unrecognisable. In the event of cancellation of the Stelvio Night due to force majeure (bad weather, rock falls, etc.), the entry fee cannot be refunded. - By submitting the registration for the Stelvio Night, the participant expressly authorises the organiser from this moment on to use, free of charge, the film and photo recordings that depict him/herself and were taken in the course of participation in the Stelvio Night. This authorisation to use the footage is understood to be without time and place limit for use in various publications and films, for exemplary purposes, on promotional material and/or advertising material on all types of data carriers. The organiser is also authorised to transfer the rights of use conferred in this agreement to third parties, both institutional and business partners.
- RESERVATION OF THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE REGULATIONS.
The organiser of the Stelvio Night reserves the right to change these regulations at any time in order to improve the organisation of the event. Any changes to the service, location and time details will be communicated to the participants in an appropriate manner by means of the registration confirmation or on the website www.nightadventure.com. - By registering for the Stelvio Night, the participant agrees to know and accept the regulations published on the website by the organiser (www.stelvionight.com).
The participant also expressly declares, under his/her own responsibility, not only to tell the truth (art. 2 legge 04/01/1968 n° 15 come modificato dall'art. 3 comma 10 legge 15/05/1997 n° 127), but also to release the organisers from any civil as well as criminal responsibility for any personal and/or material damage suffered or caused by him/her.
